The first day was held at IT Park Uzbekistan and focused on strategic issues of digital transformation. The sessions were opened by Oleg Pekos, First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies, and Abdukhad Kuchkarov, CEO of IT Park, who outlined the state’s key priorities: developing export potential, scaling the IT ecosystem, and supporting foreign investors.
Forum participants heard presentations from industry leaders and explored successful case studies of companies that have already localized their operations in Uzbekistan. Among the speakers were Dmitry Falaleev, CEO of Voice Solutions VB, who highlighted the outsourcing potential of voice technologies; Elnara Velieva, Director of Forward Gateway, who presented a case study on game development and mobile gaming; and Hasan Salikhov, Head of Artcraft Studio, who shared his experience in exporting creative services to international markets.
On May 22, practical workshops and consultations took place. Participants received comprehensive guidance on launching a business in Uzbekistan—from registering legal entities and opening bank accounts to accessing government support programs such as Zero Risk and connecting with local talent. These sessions were particularly valuable for international teams considering Uzbekistan as a strategic entry point to the CIS and wider regional markets.
May 23 was organized in a One Stop Shop format for fast-track company registration. During the forum, in partnership with the Public Services Center, legal entities of 5 foreign companies were registered; they are currently in the process of applying for IT Park residency. An additional 12 companies confirmed their intention to open local offices and become residents in the near future. In total, 17 foreign companies announced plans to establish offices in Uzbekistan as a result of the forum.
To date, over 2,800 companies are registered with IT Park, including 209 active exporters serving CIS markets. More than 650 residents export services globally, covering Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and North America. In 2025 alone, 18% of IT Park’s total export volume was directed to the CIS. This is more than just a number—it reflects a sustained trend, validated by real actions: the inflow of international players translates into new jobs, knowledge transfer, and enhanced competencies within the country.
Human capital plays a critical role in strengthening the ecosystem. With the launch of specialized accelerators and large-scale talent development programs, Uzbekistan is investing in long-term growth. Joint projects with international companies in software development, client services, marketing, and business analytics are building a resilient service export model.
The Growth Point forum became more than just a platform for dialogue—it marked the beginning of a new stage in development. Uzbekistan is not only creating an attractive environment for business but also demonstrating maturity in managing digital transformation. As it emerges as a technological and creative hub of Eurasia, the country is confidently positioning itself as a center of digital business in the region.
