Also, Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Jasur Karshibayev, Director of the Department of Implementation of Public-Private Partnership Projects Ilhomjon Umrzakov and a number of Ministry employees took part in it.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mariusz Krukowski noted that Uzbekistan is an important partner, and relations are developing rapidly. It was also mentioned that the number and quality of joint projects are improving.
In addition, during the meeting, opinions were exchanged regarding current and prospective projects. Opinions were exchanged on the issues of public-private partnership projects in the regions of the republic, privatization of banks, improvement of regional infrastructure.
At the end of the meeting, it was announced that the Swiss group is Uzbekistan's representative at the World Bank and is ready to support Uzbekistan's development efforts.
