Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan

During the meeting, the Indonesian side expressed a strong interest in Uzbekistan’s experience and recent reforms in public financial management, tax administration, and the budget system. Representatives of the Ministry provided detailed information on the structure of the state budget, mechanisms for resource allocation, funding priorities, and measures being implemented to enhance transparency and efficiency in the budgeting process.

Special attention was given to key macroeconomic indicators, fiscal policy, and the pressing areas of Uzbekistan’s socio-economic development.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed their readiness to further expand mutual cooperation. An agreement was also reached to exchange experience in the field of public finance in order to strengthen economic relations between the two countries.
